EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please include the packing slip you received with your purchase and indicate the reason for the return. Returns must be received within 45 days of purchase. Please ship returns/exchanges pre-paid and insured to us as instructed on the slip received with your purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

Need it in a hurry? We can deliver in-stock items 2 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse for an additional $8 charge. Or, 1 day for an additional $12 charge. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of certain items. See below for information on shipments outside the U.S.

FOREIGN ORDERS
We can ship up to 4 items per shipment to customers located outside the U.S. for a $39.95 shipping charge. Upon receipt of their shipment, international customers will also be responsible for payment of any duties or taxes assessed on their orders. International shipping time is approximately 7 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: SALES TAX
Massachusetts customers only: add 5% sales tax on non-apparel and 5% on the portion of any apparel item over $175.
